Brandywine Condominium Association

The Finance Committee is responsible for handling all matters dealing with the fiscal affairs of the Association, and will make recommendations to the Board regarding those matters.

It will also, with the cooperation and assistance of management, update statutory reserves, investigate various options available for the investing of reserve funds, monitor receipts and disbursements of Association funds and develop a proposed budget for the next fiscal year.
