Brandywine Condominium Association
Documents & Policy Committee Directory
It is the responsibility of the Document and Policy Committee to
review all the Brandywine Condominium Association documents and recommend changes
which will make them current, reasonable, and in accord with Florida Statutes.
It is also the responsibility of the Document & Policy
Committee to investigate and try to resolve reported infractions of these
provisions of the Governing Documents and Policies of the Association.
Unresolved infractions should then be reported to the Board for possible
resolution.
