Brandywine Condominium Association

It is the responsibility of the Communications Committee to develop articles of news and information concerning Brandywine, its activities and other matters which may be of interest to its residents for inclusion in “The Brandywine Bugle” and will also be responsible for the direct distribution of the “Bugle” to unit owners in season.

It is also the responsibility of the Communications Committee to interview all new residents prior to closing to assure they are aware of some of the key provisions of the Association documents and social activities.
