MINUTES Of THE PERSONNEL COMMITTEE MEETING
OCTOBER 9, 2008

Mr. Rohaley, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 3:00pm.
Committee members present were Dick Rohaley, Betty Baldwin, and Bob Alger, a newly appointed member. Also present were Mike True, Chip Blunt and one unit owner.

ROLL CALL/NOTICE OF MEETING: It was announced the meeting was properly noticed and a quorum was present.

COMPENSATION RECOMMENDATIONS: By proper motion by Mr. Alger, it was unanimously recommended that the proposed 2009 budget reflect a 3% Cost of Living Adjustment for all employees and one pay grade adjustment.

ADJOURNMENT: By proper motion, the meeting was adjourned at 3:30pm.
