MINUTES Of THE PERSONNEL COMMITTEE MEETING
March 13th, 2008

Dick Rohaley, Chairman, called the meeting order at 10:00am.

Committee members present were Dick Rohaley, Betty Baldwin and Charles Fields. Also present were Bob Alger, ex-officio, and Chip Blunt.

ROLL CALL/NOTICE OF MEETING: It was announced the meeting was properly noticed and a quorum was present.

HEALTH INSURANCE: The committee reviewed the health insurance plans submitted by our agent, Brown & Brown. The committee reviewed two plans submitted by Aetna, and one plan from United Healthcare. By proper motion by Mr. Fields, it was unanimously recommended the Board approve the United Health PPO Plan. This health insurance plan lowers the association’s premium and provides good coverage for the employees.

ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business to be brought before the Committee, the meeting was adjourned at 10:40am.
