MINUTES OF THE DOCUMENTS & POLICY COMMITTEE MEETING

OCTOBER 14, 2008

Doris Buck, Chair, called the meeting to order at 10:00a.m.

Committee members present were Doris Buck, Gail Roth and Preston Lightsey. Also present were Mike True, Chip Blunt and 1 unit owner.

ROLL CALL/NOTICE OF MEETING: It was announced the meeting was properly noticed and that a quorum existed.

NEW BUSINESS:

LANAI PAINTING – AMENDMENT AND PROXY WORDING: By proper motion by Mr. Lightsey, it was unanimously recommended that the proposed amendment and proxy wording be approved by the Board.

ADJOURNMENT: With no further business to be brought before the committee, the meeting was adjourned at 10:30am.
