MINUTES Of THE Documents & POLICY COMMITTEE MEETING

APRIL 8, 2008

Doris Buck, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 10:00am.

Committee members present were Doris Buck, Preston Lightsey, Gail Roth and temporarily appointed to the committee Roger Rummel and Bob Alger. Also present was Chip Blunt and 2 unit owners.

R OLL CALL/NOTICE OF MEETING: It was announced the meeting was properly noticed and a quorum was present.

REVIEW EXISTING POLICIES: The Committee continued consideration of amending the existing Competitive Pricing on all Products and Services exceeding $1,000. The Committee attempted to merge two separate proposals into one workable policy. Hopefully, the final form will be decided at the next committee meeting on Monday, April 14th at 2:00pm.

ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business to be brought before the Committee, the meeting was adjourned at 12:05pm.
