MINUTES Of THE Documents & POLICY COMMITTEE MEETING
April 2, 2008

Doris Buck, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 2:00pm.

Committee members present were Doris Buck, Preston Lightsey, Gail Roth and temporarily appointed to the committee Roger Rummel and Bob Alger. Also present was Chip Blunt and 2 unit owners.

ROLL CALL/NOTICE OF MEETING: It was announced the meeting was properly noticed and a quorum was present.

REVIEW EXISTING POLICIES: The Committee began consideration of amending the existing Competitive Pricing on all Products and Services exceeding $1,000. The Committee floated several possible changes and were given a proposal from Mrs. Roth. The final form will be decided at the next committee meeting at Tuesday, April 8th at 10:00am.

ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business to be brought before the Committee, the meeting was adjourned at 3:05 pm.
