MINUTES Of THE Documents & POLICY COMMITTEE MEETING

APRIL 14, 2008

Doris Buck, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 2pm.

Committee members present were Doris Buck, Preston Lightsey, and temporarily appointed to the committee Roger Rummel and Bob Alger. Also present was Chip Blunt and no unit owners.

ROLL CALL/NOTICE OF MEETING: It was announced the meeting was properly noticed and a quorum was present.

REVIEW EXISTING POLICIES: The Committee continued consideration of amending the existing Competitive Pricing on all Products and Services exceeding $1,000. The Committee reviewed the proposed policy that was compiled by Mrs. Buck. By proper motion by Mr. Alger, it was unanimously recommended that the Board approve the new policy as proposed.

ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business to be brought before the Committee, the meeting was adjourned at 3:20pm.
