Open Houses - As stated in R&R Rule “H”, Open Houses are permitted one day per week, per Unit.

Open Houses may only be held on a Sunday, from
11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

Exceptions to this require Board of Directors’ approval.

Residents, or their approved listed agents, holding an
Open House must notify the Gatekeeper of the
location, date, and time of the event.

ADOPTED by the Board of Directors (BOD) this 17th
day of Sept 2019.
